I'm a high-performing, instinct-driven creative director and strategist, deeply curious, impatient with mediocrity, and motivated by discovery, impact, and mastery. I combine bold vision with a disciplined, analytical approach, and I want to move fast and make it matter.

Experienced working for consumer and healthcare commercial and medcomms agencies in the UK, Europe and the US. 

I like to combine bold creativity with strategic rigour, thriving on uncovering solutions that others haven’t yet imagined. I instinctively identify patterns, anticipate outcomes, and push boundaries, ensuring that the “still undiscovered” answer is found.

 

I have high standards and diagnostic insight that allow me to guide teams effectively, bringing people along the journey while maintaining excellence. I'm courageous and resilient, and take on high-risk challenges, integrate creativity with practical execution, and constantly test assumptions.

 

Driven by curiosity, impact, and discovery, I like to excel at transforming complex ideas into meaningful, measurable results — all while navigating the human and regulatory dynamics that often slow others down.

I’ve been actively involved with the PM Society for over 15 years, contributing as both a Committee and Industry Council member. I currently serve on the Leadership Team and the PM Awards Steering Group, helping shape and evolve the PM Awards.

 

My role includes facilitating and leading judging sessions and contributing to the development of the PMI Awards.
